Hello, I’m Eddie Stableford, the UK’s foremost Food Brand Expert with a proven track record in the creation of successful brands across the globe.

If you’re launching or rejuvenating a food or drink product, I can deliver the ideation, innovation, research, commercial and strategic aspects of your project. I can also advise and support you every step of the way, drawing on my expertise gained through forty three years working in the sector.

I’m also creator and founder at Street Food Box, an infinitely reusable, environmental alternative to single use food to go packaging, conceived to provide a practical and easy to adopt solution ahead of the restrictions imposed on current, disposable packaging by the 2025 Single-Use Packaging Pact.  

And I’m co-founder of  Suolo, a new reduced sodium seasoning product range. (Suolo.world) launching January 2022.

So I have walked the walk as well as talked the talk!

Having headed my own, successful food and drink centric design agency for 20 years, I now focus on enabling clients to optimise new ventures for success.

I leverage research and strategy, rooted deep in my understanding of brand psychology and combine this with trends analysis and consumer insight to deliver compelling and robust brand strategies.

I enthuse clients to best express their idea and then enhance it with my knowledge – bringing it to life by guiding and supporting, providing expert insight every step of the way.

And I do so with passion, enthusiasm, and commitment whilst providing that much needed impartial advice and input, critical to helping new ventures achieve success.

And through my network of product development partners, chefs, ingredients suppliers, manufacturers, brand creators, packaging designers and packaging suppliers, I can introduce the appropriate resource to deliver projects with maximum efficiency at best value.

I also perform NED roles for a number of businesses and mentor both senior and junior teams.
